Architectual Sealer

VersaTec Surface Sealer is a nano-based, thin film sealer designed to strongly bond and protect a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces. This next generation chemistry cures quickly to a durable, long-lasting coating system that is easy to apply and maintain for years to come. VersaTec provides strong chemical, oil and abrasion resistance. Foot traffic is possible in as little as 12 hours. Full cure in 48-72 hours.

DIRECTIONS: Ensure surface is clean, dry and free of waxes. Avoid applying during the hottest part of the day, do not apply when temps below 50 degrees F. Apply each coat using a microfiber mop pad, lambs wool pad or sprayer. Spread sealer over entire surface and ensure uniform coverage. Avoid any puddling. Allow 1 hour drying time between applications. After final coat, allow to dry for 12 hours prior to surface traffic. Full cure is achieved within 48-72 hours. Clean tools with water. Apply 2-4 coatings for best protection.
