Concrete Chemistries EPS is a non-toxic, fast drying reactive sealer for concrete, masonry, terrazzo, brick tile and many other architectural surfaces. It’s deep penetrating formula cures quickly, and will not alter the look of the surface. EPS is designed to be a permanent hardener, dust proofer, and stain resistor for concrete and most other architectural surfaces, greatly reducing the effects of efflorescence, freeze thaw, abrasion, chemical, staining and UV degradation. Surfaces become stronger, look better and are easier to maintain.
